Chiru’s 150th film to release on his next birthday

Chiranjeevi has finally announced that his 150th film is going to release on his next birthday August 22, 2012. He made this announcement earlier today in PRP office where he met his party members. Recently, his son, Ram Charan had announced that he would be producing Chiranjeevi’s 150th film. Although, details of the director and other cast and crew members isn’t clear yet, sources close to the actor say that the work on the film will begin in couple of months. Since Chiranjeevi is an active member of Congress now, it’ll be a tough task to juggle between politics and films. Let’s see how Megastar Chiranjeevi manages this time since a similar situation had arisen last year as well when Charan announced that Chiranjeevi would make a comeback to films.

Yuvan Shankar Raja gets married in Tirumala

Popular music director Yuvan Shankar Raja got married to Shilpa, a doctor earlier today in Tirumala. His father, Ilayaraja and cousins, Venkat Prabhu, Premgi Amaren were present at the wedding ceremony. Yuvan was earlier married to Sujaya Rao; however, the couple got divorced in 2008. Vishnuvardhan and his wife Anu, producer Sathyajyothi Thyagarajan, designer Vasugi Baskar, actors Vaibhav, Aravind, Parthi Baskar, Mirchi Shiva, Subbu and others were also present to bless the couple. Yuvan Shankar Raja had recently composed music for Ajith’s 50th film Mankatha which is currently making waves in Tamil Nadu and he’s going to compose music for Pawan Kalyan’s upcoming film which is being directed by Vishnuvardhan.

Charan set to launch his Polo team on Sep 2

Ram Charan Tej had recently bought the Hyderabad Polo Team and he’s all set to officially launch the new team at Taj Krishna at 4 PM on September 2. The Polo team is going to be renamed as Ram Charan Teja Hyderabad Polo Riding Club. The team’s logo and t-shirts will also be launched tomorrow. We also hear that his team is going to take part in national tourney this October. Charan has stated on several occasions that he is quite fascinated by horses but buying a Polo team and taking part in official tournaments is something which has taken a lot of us by surprise.
