The Malayalam industry is abuzz with the reports that Nitya Menon will soon be seen in the remake of the iconic movie ‘Chattakari’. That same movie was later remade in Hindi as ‘Julie’. Both the versions had popular yesteryear actress Lakshmi in the lead role and the movies went on to establish her as a top glamour queen.
It will be interesting to see how Nitya plays this role as the original character played by Lakshmi has some very hot scenes and skimpy costumes. The movie is being planned by Suresh Kumar and will be directed by Santhosh Sethumadhavan, son of KS Sethumadhavan who directed the original.
Fans of Nitya Menon will be in for a treat for sure
